A magical evening of Christmas songs, music and readings. Sing along to festive favourites such as White Christmas and Winter Wonderland and enjoy a sparkling selection of seasonal music from classical to show tunes.

A musical portrayal of aspects of love, including works by Britten, Beethoven, Faure, Fibich, Dunhill, Butterworth and Warlock.

St Anne's Church, Ellerker

Including hits from My Fair Lady, South Pacific and Gershwin's Girl Crazy; songs by Sullivan, Molloy, Britten, de Curtis, Leoncavallo; piano solos by Elgar and Bach; and operatic arias by Puccini and Lalo.

Wakefield Cathedral

Beethoven's An die ferne Geliebte and songs by Benjamin Britten, Roger Quilter and Peter Warlock.

Howden Minster

Songs by Elgar, Tosti and Britten; operatic arias by Vaughan Williams, Verdi, Puccini and Lalo; piano solo Wedding Day at Troldhaugen by Grieg. This concert included a special spotlight on Yorkshire-born composers including works by Haydn Wood, Muriel Herbert, Friedrich Reinhold Muller and the traditional song Howden Horse Fair.

A vintage programme including songs from stage and screen, wartime favourites and a tribute to Dame Vera Lynn
